What to expect when you order from Digilube Systems
At Digilube, we know that once you place your order, you want your products as quickly and smoothly as possible. That’s why we’ve designed our shipping process to be both efficient and transparent. We’re happy to ship anywhere within the United States, and we can also ship to Canada and Mexico. For international orders, customers are responsible for handling any export or import requirements related to their shipments.

When it comes to processing and shipping times, we move fast. All orders are entered into our system within 24 hours.
ATS Products
In-stock ATS products typically ship within 7–10 days. Items that must be ordered from ATS may require additional lead time.
Industrial Lubricants
Lubricant orders are generally even quicker—most in-stock items leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 days, and special blends are ready to go in about 3 to 4 days.
Brush Cleaners
For brushes, we follow a similar timeline: in-stock brushes ship within 1 to 2 days, while non-stock items may take 7 to 10 days to process and ship.



Shipping Carriers & Freight Options

We use trusted carriers to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. For parcel shipping, UPS is our preferred carrier, but we’re also happy to use FedEx if that works better for you. For larger freight (LTL) shipments, we work with a variety of carriers depending on your location and the specifics of the delivery.
Shipping Costs
As for shipping costs, we’re always upfront. If you’d like an estimate, we can include one in your quote upon request. For those ordering through our Shopify store, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout—just note that Shopify orders are limited to parcel shipments.
Tracking your Shipment
Tracking your order is simple. Every invoice we send includes tracking details so you can follow your shipment’s progress. If you don’t have your invoice handy, no problem—just reach out to our friendly Customer Service team by calling us directly or emailing customerservice@digilube.com, and we’ll be happy to help you locate your shipment.
