Conveyor Lubricants

When productivity depends on steady, efficient conveyor movement, the right lubricant isn’t optional, it’s critical. Conveyor lubricants reduce friction and wear, protect metal surfaces from corrosion, and help keep your line moving without costly stoppages or premature component failures.

Digilube’s Conveyor Lubricants are engineered for industrial applications where uptime matters, whether operating in high-temperature ovens, food-safe lines, or anywhere in between.

conveyor lubricants
  • Reduce friction between conveyor surfaces and loads
  • Minimize line stoppages due to slippage or friction-related malfunctions
  • Extend chain, rail, and bearing life with proper lubrication
  • Formulation options designed for heat resistance, corrosion prevention, and heavy loads
  • Environmentally-friendly and food-grade options where required
  • Consistent film strength that stands up to daily wear and harsh conditions
  • The right lubricant makes maintenance easier — protecting components so you can lengthen relubrication intervals, reduce costly manual touch-ups, and keep your maintenance crew focused on higher-value tasks.

THIN FILM LUBRICANTS

Digilube’s Thin Film Lubricants penetrate into the wear point of chain pins & trolley bearings to protect against wear, rust and corrosion from -65F up to 1200F. Additionally, these conveyor system lubricants can withstand loads of 300,000+ PSI.

Our lubricants are specifically formulated to lubricate all overhead monorail conveyors exposed to washers and high-temperature ovens (excluding Ultra-Film AM). As a result, they provide superior protection against wear, rust, and corrosion at elevated temperatures while withstanding repeated loads exceeding 100,000 PSI.
